Need some advice.

Ive got a 4dr 96 neon that i want to put some new 6.5" and 6x9's into. Im wanting to spend around $250 for all. What are the best speakers for my price range. Also I am wanting to replace the factory wiring. How hard is it going to be and how do I do it or where can I find out how to do it?

west coast custom speakers are reasonably priced and a great improvment from stock wires are not really necesary(sp) to change especially when your talking about spending $250

Eclipse makes some great speakers that are in that price range. The SE8493 and SE8365 would be the speakers to consider here. A deal on them might get them close to what you want to spend.

Alpine type s co-axials are very good for the price, and work well with deck power.

If it was my car - I would ignore the 6 x 9s. They're rear fill for your back seat passengers. I would put all the money into the front speakers and see if MB quart has something entry level at that price point. I also like Polk (I currently have Polk components and I'm happy with them).

In my car I am not running any back speakers and I wouldn't have it any other way.
