Need a little help

Allright, so im a total noob with wiring, i had a 10inch sub installed in my jeep TJ to add more bass... Now after a while, i wanted to upgrade the sound a bit more, I replaced the two front speakers, and purchased a "Sound Bar" Its a speaker bar thats installed on the roll bars on the Jeep.

so basically as i can figure this is my setup as it is

Now the soundbar is a Chinese peice of im sure, i got it mostly just because i was too lazy to try to create a custom sound bar for my car, i figured i would replace the speakers with some pioneers or something.

Anyways, the site I orderd the bar from, said the Speakers have a 200 Watt peak power, and the output of my Head unit is only 50 watt,
it says 50wX4, its a pioneer mofset something or other

as is its the front two Left And Right connected, this will be for the Rear Right and Rear Left, so im guessing I will just have to pull my head unit and connect the RR and RL to the appropriate wiring? or would i need an amplifier to achieve full potential of the speakers? do they sell smaller amplifiers? like a 200Watt amp? or 100 watt?, get two smaller 100 watts for each channel left and right?
