Need help with installing deck

i installed a indash dvd player in my civic 96 and it was working fine....audio, video etc all cool
then i was tryin to place it in better position within the dash
then all of a sudden the dvd player turned off
first i thought it would have been somthin
to do with lose wire or somethin
so i checked the connections and they were fine
but still it wouldnt power up anymore
then i tried puttin the deck i had before in the car
and it wont power up either
i thought it might have to do with fuse or somethin
so i went to CT and got new fuse
but still nither the deck nor the in dash dvd work

so wat might be the prb ?
plz someone help!

most likely a fuse or power feed problem. Get a test light and check for power where there should be power. There should be 2 fuses on each power feed lines to the deck, the acc line and the bat line, both on the deck harness and at the source, usually the fuse block.

Start there.
