Missing link in cicuit?

Hey guys, I rewired my system so that some wires wouldn't be showing through the carpet, in doing this I had to unplug all of my wires, and re-route them, I plug them all in into their correct spots, yet it doesnt' work, heres what I have:

600W MTX Thunder
500W Bassworks Sub
4 Gauge Wiring Kit
1 Farad Cap

Are there any common faults that happen if someone rewires their system? As of now the cap does not turn on as well as the amp.

Did you disconnect the battery when you re-wired it? Did you check your main system fuse? The one at the battery?

Did you hook up the remote wire?

When re-wiring, did you possibly loosen (is that a word?) the ground wire?

Later,
Brad
