Looking for different location to mount tweeter (Pics included)

... that should do it
the 5030 sounds OK, I competed SQ at the highest level using HU power on my Eclipse 7100 mostly to make a point that it can be done and be better than one would expect (and let me tell you it did make the competition nervous though it was non-optimum)
... TA is a good tool for making an imperfect installation closer to a good installation. Going active makes the use of TA easier and adds $$$$$ I don't think this is your plan from other threads. I currently have a mixed active and passive 3 way front stage and I successfully use TA as it should be used.
The goal really needs to be to put the speakers in the best possible location FIRST then use electronic band aids to get the optimum setup (this is true for active, passive, TA or not)

In the next few months I plan on getting an amp, I've already picked one out...
Hifonics HFi100.4 (HFi 100.4) 4-Channel Car Amplifier/Amp
This will push my Morel's at 100 x 2, And I'm going to adjust the x-over on the amp to around 80. Then I will add a few more feet of wire to the tweeter so I can move it forward to see what it sounds like, I don't plan on going active at the moment, Maybe in the future.
Then I'm going to put the passive x-overs inside the car so they don't get rusted to hell like my other ones did.
I already have the woofer picked out too.
JL Audio 10W3v3 (10w3v34) - 10" Subwoofer - Sonic Electronix
The amp will push 200 x 1 at 4ohm. And in the JL manual it shows that 200watts RMS would be best.
Plan on getting a custom box built by a local guy here too!
Also going to use the knukonceptz 4awg wiring + 12awg & 16awg for my speakers.
The sad thing is, I haven't even heard a woofer yet with my front speakers, So I know I'm missing out big time. I just don't have the money yet...
