I'm not worried about energy loss, I will be feeding my subs over 2400wrms from my back seat and my front componets are getting around 600wrms each. (that's if I will be able to supply the amps with enough current!)

You can also try this. Go to Home Depot and pick up the gray carpet liner they sell. They call it ECOFOAM. Mold, mildew, odour and water resistant. It's sold per foot but also $40 for a 6'x9' piece.
I used it in my 95Hummer H1 with great results. Keep in mind other materials mentioned also weight down a car. This stuff is light, easy to cut and install with no mess. Plus for $40 you can't go wrong.

A layer of it glued to the inside of a buddy's van door panels did a decent job stopping his doors from vibrating....not the exact same effect as Dynamat or similar products but much better than nothing....
The weight of those types of products cuts vibration by raising the resonant frequency of the panel.....foam works by absorbing them and keeping the door panel and the inner door skin from bouncing off each other......

I have used 1/2" closed cell foam insulation to line the interior of my work van. It does a good job keeping the body from ringing like a bell when the tunes get loud and it acts as a pretty good thermal insulation as well.....

Pain in the butt to wrestle with but a little spray glue and that piece covers the sides and the roof in an E150 in no time flat......
