Hey
I usually use plain old #2 robertson machine screws with nylock nuts on the other side. They appear to be unscrewing but they just don't. I used to have some spaneur? screws but I can't find them anywhere now, unless you had the tool you couldn't get them out.

If they mess up your interior , isnruance pays plus you get proof of vandalism/robbery for the trip to the piggies . Furthermore a damaged sub or any other piece of equpiment If and only IF they decide to damage and not take their stinky feet and run can be repaired agai nat the expense of isurance depedning on value of equipemtn , deductables etc ...

Point being just like someone said above , you got your sheitz and they don't ! Feels good don't it ?

Silicone a board to the floor of the trunk or car, then use "t" nuts. It has a wide head with an allen key...

Absolutly, I have seen a car pull out in front of a pickup (like a S10),, the pickup slammed on his brakes from doin 80km/h.. a Metal fishing tackel box launched from his truck and took out the rear passenger window of the car he avoided hitting.. Got charged for not securing loded items or something stupid like that.. and his insurance would not cover the broken window as the tackle box was not part of the truck.. and his insurance went up because they classed that as an accident..

As for my box.. we had to dis-assemble some of it to get it in the car.. its not coming out.. Trust me on that one!
