what kinda car. is your box sealed of ported??

its a qlogic box it's 1.25 cu. ft. the ports are kinda messed up their like cardboard rolls (thats how i was able to get it so cheap) i got it in a 96 infiniti i30 its the same trunk as the 96 maxima but yea the sound comein from the port is just messed up could the port be too big (also port is top of the box)

also i asked around about this amp and got nothing but good reviews but is it a powerful amp it's suppose to carry 2000 watt rms at one ohm

its a trunk car. sooo your bass is being blocked by a wall ( seats and steel ) and ya get a better box lol or build one. it should be decently loud for the power you have

i got a bassworxx box it pounded louder in that than it does with this new amp and i only had like 100 rms running to it.. people told me i'll blow it if i hook it up to this amp cause it's too big

RE Enclosure Calculator

play around with this and then just get some 3/4 mdf and a table saw ( or someone that has one) and slap that together. should cost you no more than 65$ for that mdf well depending on how big of a box. it runs at around 30 35$ a sheet

tuned the gain right. send the deck volume at 3/4 and then bring up gain till distortion. then bring it down a bit and you should be fine.

lol tired that for 400 lol i guess it's not the amp it's the box cause when i turn up gain it will fully give the speaker a excersion but no bass just a low freq noise
