i get my install next week on most of my gear in my 03 saturn ion3 that orig had "advanced audio" option (6 disc in dash with amps and factory components up front).. so far all i have installed is my deck... all my speakers are 2 ohm... my deck seems to handle it just fine.. made a huge diff in SQ.. those factory amps are dirty junk... im not an animal with the volume **** though... as i am concerned about the 2ohm rated speakers on a 4ohm deck..

Thanks for all the help...it seems as if the GMCO harness makes things much easier even though its $100...no cutting of wires, etc..and from what i've heard the speakers will still work (not the best) but thats for another time, and some other money I don't have.

One question though, the door pins (which aren't working since power is still on when door opens) will need to be replaced. Any idea on how to fix this, and if it is a DIY project? I think I've heard of a pin kit or something...
