Help with install in 97 dodge neon coupe

When in doubt and you can't find the proper wire, use the Acc. wire in the main harness to the stering column. It will be Black/orange. Are you running a wiring harness adapter for the radio or are you just patching into the existing wires?

I personally would solve the problem as there could easily be something else on the circuit. Did you notice if anything else was not working?
I third the "Ouch", take the seat out, it is cheaper than bending a piece of hardboard too far and having it break.
