DWVW...You also have been failed by our education system it seems. I will AGAIN quote what I had said...Maybe I should draw some pictures to explain this to you but here goes...
What I said was "I guarantee you can win trophies with less then $800.00 worth of gear"
I never said I could drop $200 out of my current system.
*Crayon drawings to follow*

You barely got a trophy with $1000 now you are GUARANTEEING that I can with $800. What sort of guarantee are you giving? Will you pay the cost difference till I win one. For example IF it actually takes $3500 to win a trophy will you give me $2700? Let me know.

This post could have been used to educate the person asking the question..
Instead "BIG wallet" was thrown at him, which isn't true. Yes you need some money, but you'd be surprised how cheap it can be done.
Then after that the BS started. The same BS which has caused CCA to go in a downward spiral, I was hoping this had come to an end, but I guess not.

I hope noone takes what i've said and am about to say the wrong way.. but it's true..
This place is or at least was a place for everyone to come and learn. Yes the same questions will be asked. But sometimes people's perspectives will change, and other people will answer.. it's not fair to ruin a persons question/thread because "the question has already been asked"..
At shows I often get asked the same question over and over again.. everytime i try to answer them at the best of my ability.. can you imagine if i told someone i cant help them out to tweak thier system to get a bit louder because you need a big wallet to do it? lol..

Why did Wayne Harris get rid of quad coils? was it because it was to cheap to win trophies? Or was it too expensive for manufacturers to dedicate resources to winning SPL comps, and too expensive for competitors to buy 8 amps per sub and lots of people without money were getting left in the dust?
