Big box stores like BB and FS sell automotive kits for sat radio. They have a cig lighter adapter with two wires on the other end. Just plug the sat radio plug into this adapter and on the other end one wire connects to the ignition or accessory on the car (orange is acc, pink is ign at the ignition harness) and the other goes to ground. Just make sure you fuse it with something small... like a 5amp fuse. Saves you from cutting up the cig lighter on your car and less risk of blowing that fuse if you need to use the cig lighter for other things while listening to sat radio.
