Getting more output from two 12s.
#1
I have two 12" VMAX Cerwin Vega subwoofers.
RMS: 300 watts
Peak: 800 watts
My amp is a Dragster DA 2002 with 800W when mono bridged.
I currently have the two subwoofers mono-bridged in series. My question is, can I put these subs in mono-bridged parallel to get more output? I don't want to damage my subs however...

I'm guessing they are SVC 4 ohm, probably why they are connected in series (not to damage the amp) .... In theory, no you cant rewire the subs for that amp.... I'm not saying know, cause I don't know the amp, but some amps CAN play under there rated impedance, although it's not recommended, cause you'll start frying caps on the board!
