factory amp in 3.2tl

Does anyone know where the factory amp is in an Acura 3.2 cl I think its a 2001. im adding an aftermarket amp to run subs and i dont want to have to take the dash apart to get at the factory amp remote wire. its a pain taking the deck outta these.
