Here are some pics of the new comp set installed in the Camry. They replaced a set of Fusion 6.5 comps. Biggest change is going from the tweet in the factory sail panel down to the kick panel near the door mid.

Nice comparison CDT vs Fusion.

I know how ya'll like pics...

It looks good so far. How did you like the Fusion components?

Thanks Zac; the Fusion mid is strong, the tweet is the weak link. Again, it was mounted in the stock sail panel so it may be better in a different location.

I have a pair of Fusion mids that I love. I was always wondering how their tweeters were compared to others.

Thanks Gene. Good luck again.

That's nice that Toyota bumps the factory kick out like that. Makes mounting a tweet on-axis fairly easy eh?

^Yes SUX 2BU the kick was easy to make a 'custom' install for the tweet.
The passenger side is wide enough for the whole of the mounting ring to be flush.
The drivers side is a little more narrow and I used a little self set and paint to flush it.
And of course the tweet does swilvel to tweak the position.

Mullen, driver side kiks:

You can just barely see a build up that is the putty. Tried to keep it clean. Buddy mixed some paint to match.

Fresh pics of the CDT IEK install...

Right side tweet mounted on the A-pilar

Right side finished

Left side finished

IEK controller going in.

IEK controller. There's still room (I think) for an EBC if I can ever get a hold of one...

I have also pulled the 4-channel amp (65wrms x 4)that was running the fronts and 6x9's in the rear deck, and wired up a 2-channel amp (175wrms x 2) to run just the fronts.
I have never run just a front stage before.
Just finished everything so I haven't played much with it yet. I am happy with the install though.
