Hi there, a 12 volt shop that I usually go to has a "Design Reference" amp, two channel, 300 watts RMS at 4ohms X2. are these amps any good?
he wants $300.00 for it, is that a good price?
Its the top-of-the-line model he says

Design Reference was made 6 years ago.. the amp is worth $100-$125 now -- I sold my 4 channel for $175

Design Reference made three amps. The AMP505DR (50x2), the AMP510DR (100x2), and the AMP514DR (50x4).
The 510 will do 300rms bridged at 4ohm.
