Will this do? It came out a bit fuzzy when I turned it into a jpeg but you'll get the general idea.

You seem to be a bit of a 'just gimme the answer' kind of guy so... Assuming you want to do a sealed box because they are nice and simple, a 12x12x19" internal box will give you enough volume.
That would be:
2pcs 12"x19"
2pcs 13.5" x 19"
2pcs 13.5"x13.5"
Interestingly, for anyone who wants to look at the response curves for sealed and vented you will see that at 40hz the ventedbox is 6db more efficient so theoretically for a 1.5cuft box you could have saved the money on the second woofer, added a vent, and had the same output.
Why do people go sealed again

so ya make 21x12x11 internal
As for divided airspace, if you want to do it go ahead - it never hurts sound and it makes a dandy brace. It's not a big deal to separate them though.

Ported and vented mean the same thing when it comes to enclosures.
You can design a port any way you want, it's just easier to get a port with a large cross sectional area in the shape of a rectangle, and have the box tuned pretty low.
