Cobalt Aux input..

So my friend asked me to put in a aux input into his 2005 cobalt (it has the pioneer option). He wants to keep his stock deck; so after using the search option on this site i found out a similar post in which someone suggested a PAC Part Number: AAI-GM24 which they claimed will work, however after searching for compatibility it doesnt seem that his deck will support this part?? Are there any other options other then using FM modulation.

Thanks

If he wants to keep the stock deck just go to a GM Parts and they should have what he needs. Thats where i got mine when i wanted it but that was 5 years ago but it should be the same.

The only problem with that was the GM dealership stated to him that he would need to replace the deck and speakers..

Check out the Pie website or Soundgate, they both make aux input adaptors as well.
