changer and headunit from different brands

hey, i have a pioneer 12 disk changer, and a kenwood HU... the pioneer changer cable does not fit in the kenwood, but i want to install them together. the kenwood supports changers. so my question is : Is there an adapter or something to make a pioneer changer fit into a kenwood headunit ? .... thnx !

i see.. so they have different protocols and commands...... umm then i have another question... lets say i install the kenwood and get those AUX adapters... it plugs in the changer port of the HU... is there a serious quality loss in music if i use those ? ... would it sound like a cassette or a radio ?... or would it sound like a cd if im playing a song that is 320kbps on my mp3 player?...

you will get the best quality sound by doing it that way. It will sound as good as the recording itself sounds.

What model deck do you have??

as long as you have a good Mp3 it will sound better then the cassette player does.
