Canadian Tire has a Nextar unit, that plays USB, Secure Digital flash cards and Mp3 disks. It goes on sale often for 99 dollars. It has a Sub output (but you can't fade it, just turn it on/off).

Has 3 sets of preouts too (front/rear/sub). I'm extremely impressed with this unit for the price. It plays a 4 Gig memory stick without a sweat, Cd's never ever skip, radio tuner is decent.

I've had some expensive Alpine head units in my past, and can't tell a SQ difference.

The owners manual is on their website.

Too bad it doesn't come in black, I dislike the silver look, but hey...99 bucks

New Sony series

I believe all the new Sony's decks have USB standard on them except for the absolute lowest priced one.

I was in FShop and saw a whole board with about 6 Sony decks all with usb keys sticking out of them.

Clarion DXZ575USB but its more then $150, If you only want to spend $150 might be hard to find a new name brand unit worth purchasing.

I have a 675USB in my car and the USB function is excellent. The 575 also has 24-bit D/A converter and 6 channel, 6volt preouts.

I have a 575 on order to try out as a matter of fact.
