well its time for me to build another box for my sub... i'm building a sealed box and have a few questions...

i need a 1.0 cu ft box... i was reading that by putting poly fill in it acts like a bigger box? what is the rule of thumb of how much more volume i get with x amount of polyfill i put in? someone on here i believe put 30% more volume but not sure how much you have to fill the box with... can anyone elaborate on this?

also, would it help if i lined the inside walls of the box with sound deadening? will it change the sound characteristics of the sub?

thanks
