BMW install....
im probably buying a BMW 325 I....and im going to have to setup some new gear in it...
hears the car:
the stock stereo is kinna weird i think its some sort of componant system? 4 tweets 2 mid-range and 2 mid bass?
hears what im seein:
front speaks
rear speaks
the factory deck^^
i would kinna like to stay with stock sized speakers if possible becuase i want a very clean install..what kind of gear would i need to set this up?? (ive never done a setup like this before)
as for the trunk..... space is a concern:
((that box thing on the right comes out))
im thinking if i make my own box to fit perfectly in the space in the back of the trunk with the subs on an angle towards the back of the car i can fit 2 12" pionner shallow mount subs in there.....ive done the basic math and if i make the box full width i can get around 1 cu.ft per chamber sealed which is well within specs for thease subs..does this sound like a good idea???
also the battery is in the spare tire well so the power to my amp will be less than 3 feet
sooo anyone have any ideas of what i could do for an install in this car?...the stock speakers and amp are pretty loud already and very good SQ so im wondering if i could hook my pionner deck up to the factory amp?? and then just use my sub amp for the subs.?

make the sub box in a v ,so you have a box with 2 subs in the V aimed into your ski boot (the seat mite have a 3/16 fire wall )
i'm looking at a 318 1994 and has something like 3 1/2 in the door . if i can i think i'm going to try 5 1/4 in the door in the stock place
