Big 3 upgrade question

Big 3 upgrade question
I have a 97 Gmc Jimmy and have an after market sound system. I want to upgrade to the big 3 and I have a question.
Is it ok to use a distribution T block for the grounds when doing the big 3? I decided to get new battery terminals that will fit the 0 gauge wire.
Here are the terminals I bought
From what I understand, you need 2 0 gauge wires for the ground. And since I am going to be keeping my original factory wiring (as suggested), I will need 5 wires altogether that go to the negative battery terminal.... 5 you say? look at the 2nd picture attached.
Here you can see my original negative battery cable. It has 3 wires. One to the engine body, and 2 go to the frame of the truck at different locations.
So in order to use the new battery terminals with the original wiring plus the big 3, is it ok/safe to use a distribution T block for the grounds? I was thinking of get a distribution T block that has 2 0 guage going in and one 0 gauge going out which would then be connected to the new battery negative battery terminal.
Here is a crude illustration of what I'm asking in the 1st picture attached.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
