amp question

planning on buying 2 12 inch Kenwood KFC-W3514DVC's:

Sensitivity: 93 dB
RMS Power Range : 90-380 Watts
Peak Power Handling: 1500 Watts
Impedance: Dual 4 Ohm
Low Frequency response: 25 Hz
High Frequency Response: 800 Hz

what would be a good amp to run with these?

Any amp up to 1000 w rms into either 1 or 4 ohms. Do you have the room for the proper box for a pair of 15" subs? Assuming you are trying to get loud by going to 15's, what other subs have you considered? What is the budget on the amp and what vehicle is this all going into?

I'm looking at 12's not 15's. I've looked at a bunch of other subs and I'm liking what the kenwood 12's have to offer. I just want a decent amp, thats not going to be too expensive.

You give those subs 2-300 wrms each they will do there job. they have hi sesitivity, no need to overpower them. crazykenkid is selling a kicker amp too, i know you will have a final load of 4 ohms and i believe that amp will do about 325wrms 0r so @ 4 ohms(underrated)! but for what hes selling it for you will be more than happy. And dont forget you have that other 300 or so to upgrade with beefier subs or to more of the same.....

Kenwood KFC-W3514DVC (kfcw3514dvc) 12" Component Subwoofers Car Subwoofers Car Audio and Video - Sonic Electronix

lol those seem like wimpy subs in my mind! you know you can get much better deals on subs eh lol! check out ebay for something a little more beefier how about something like a solo or even a RE SE!! (let me know i got a pair of RE SE with an orion 1200d if you are interested!!!)
