Amp noise through speakers

Amp noise through speakers
Hi all,
So after a few years of doing an install I have done one for a friend. I think I have all my trouble shooting bases covered but still have an issue.
I have a sub and two front speakers that are running through an amp making "whinning noises" and are associated with car being on and gas pedal being pressed. There are two rear speakers off of deck power that are fine.
I have moved ground to what I think is a better/best ground for the amp. I have run RCA's on seperate side of car from power/remote wire and still a problem.
There are three sets of RCA's coming from the deck. Stinger brand from FS. 1 came in an amp kit, the other 2 purchased separately. When I unplug the set that goes to the sub, noise goes away.
Is this just a cheap pair of RCA's that I should buy better ones or some other problem.
Thanks for any help

It could possibly be that set of RCA's.
You are getting a ground loop somewhere and you're getting alternator whine noises because of it, I encountered similar problems before.
It seems you routed the wires properly. Try changing that set out, And maybe even those FS RCA's, Those are not that good...
