if your comfortable with a installers work, it shouldn't matter where he works, the shop doesn't make the installer bad. we have a couple of great installers at my best buy store.

Well, I got my stereo installed at my local Best Buy and the job was excellent except for a couple of scuff marks on the dash. The scuff marks look like they were made when the installer was trying to remove a part of the dash.

I have a Sony head unit, a 4 channel amp, mono sub amp, 6.5" component speakers up front, 5.25" co-ax in the rear, and Monster Cable wiring.

The sound is far better than the stock stereo.

take it back and make them fix the scuff marks, or replace that part of the dash. you shouldn't have to pay to fix their ***uppery!

What are the names of your installers and how many years experience do they have? How long have they been with best buy?
