Alpine CDA-9830 and IPod

Is this all that I need to do this set up?
eBay.ca: Alpine Ai-Net to iPod Auxiliary Aux Input Adapter 420i (item 220064733701 end time 30-Dec-06 00:42:21 EST)

This is a 2004 model deck, as long as it has the Ai Net thing it should be good right?

that will work BUT you will not be able to use the deck to control the ipod...you need the actual KCA-420I to do that

this is what you want if total integration is what you're after.
