99 TDI Deck Install

Hey guys, im trying to install a deck into my 99 TDI. When I removed the factory head unit, there was a black, brown and multicolour harness attached. The multicolour harness had three different colours, with only wires coming from the one colour (yellow I believe). I did some quick reading on a VW forum, they say to just ignore the multicolour harness and make sure you wire the rest of it correctly (The black and brown). Everything seems to be in order, but as I was checking each wire and reading the discription on the side of them, I noticed that my front left negative says its the amp ground (I have premium sound from what im told, but not the bose setup). Not really sure how else to say it, so I uploaded a few pics to help with what im trying to say. I've done quite a few deck installs before on honda's/hyundai's/acura's, but I've never seen anything like this. Sorry guys, thank you in advance.

I wouldn't be surprised if the grounds are common @ the amp (as reference for the signal) and the signal is simply carried on the positive side

What? Change your tampon... You never actually asked a question. I assumed you wanted to know what it's for, so I did my best to politely answer my assumption. Who's the troll? Dukk's admin and veeman and myself certainly aren't, so that leaves you Oh well, making your last post was an intelligent move it seems
