2008 Eclipse GT install with fosgate punch system

Anyone have any experience with these? I really need bluetooth and ipod integration but want to keep full punch system...wondering about maybe using a ms-8 or something? Im wondering how its all tied intogether, like maybe theres an IF out? lol...i know theres a 5 channel 800 watt punch amp somewhere but im not sure where....

It sounds like all you need to do is change your source unit to one that has the two features you mentioned. As far as connecting that to the OEM Fosgate system, it should be as simple as getting the right wiring harness - which the store you buy it from will be able to supply. If you were by-passing the Fosgate amp, then it'd start to get tricky.
According to Crutchfield all you'd need is:
Misubishi Eclipse 2006-up, Chassis size E at Crutchfield.com



You should be able to find a decent head unit with Bluetooth and Ipod/USB.
I just bought a Kenwood Excelon KDC-X696 for its Bluetooth and USB connection, as well as the option to buy an adapter to maintain steering wheels audio controls. I'd recommend it.
