nope...this is for my car now, and I have it narrowed to these two...I'm very familiar with the JBL, and have heard a few DD's, and I like both equally. This is the easiest way to drop the hammer.

should be ok...200amp alternator, 2 runs of 0 awg, dedicated runs of 0 awg grounds directly to the battery, 1 red top and a yellow in the back, big 3, and a 10 farad cap for good measure.

RF power 40001bd will give me 4000 watts rms into 1 ohm (with the 3515's) or 3000+ into 1.5 ohm (with the two w15 gti's). More than enough juice to get these subs moving, and plenty of headroom.

JBLs for me, not that you can go wrong with either, but I have to say that those JBL Gti series are one of the best subwoofers I've ever used. I wish I had the space for them in my current system, but alas, for this application they just were not right. Obviously you have the space, the power, and the money for them to be properly integrated, so enjoy them. Make sure you have a powerful front end, as these will surely overpower just about any component system. What do you have in mind for the front?
