Ask Me Anything About Audio System Design

Bro, my whole point was that you seem to be telling everyone that a few bad seeds on this forum are putting others at risk by selling bad information to others, then they came here and exposed themselves. Then you go and say that a 300 dollar speaker is really only worth 25 dollars, as if you are not ing the same misleading information. Thats why I brought up the Tim's example and the notion of value added. Then I proposed a challenge to you to prove your theory in application, and instead you list your achievements as if that means anything, and then slap SQ competitors in the face by saying SQ is dead, as if you were the greatest competitor and when you quit you took the sport with you. You know, I have a friend just like you, and he believes that his amplifier puts out more power than mine, and that my amplifier, or any amp made by its manufacturer, are incapable of making the kinds of power claimed by the maker. I then showed him video proof of the tests being done, putting those claims into an application, and they passed with flying colours. He then said that it is impossible because a car can only make 12 volts. I told him in theory yes, but in application things become variable. I then asked him to buid me an amp. His response, "Why?".
On my contradiction point, you said that, and part of me thinks you still believes it even though others have told you that you are wrong through application opposed to theory, that a tapped horn is the loudest thing you can build and buying a Danley tapped horn and putting it in a van will equate to huge numbers. Then a couple hundred posts later you say that the best thing to do is build something yourself.
So I would now like to ask, can you please build me an amp? I promise I won't clutter your thread up anymore, I would just like an amp that can make 4000 rms at 2 ohms, at 11.9 volts, like how Digital Designs rates their amps. I will pay you fair market value.
I will keep my thoughts as to whether or not you will do it to myself.

One thing though - please learn to spell. You undermine your self professed extensive education with your poor spelling. [/QUOTE]
Its not so much the spelling as it is the grammar, with such simple words as: to, too and two (I hate that) as well as "our and are"

Honestly, you have miss-quoted, perverted contexts and completly missed the centric theme of virtually every post that I have made.
I simply can't afford to spend any more time in an effort to turn you from your ridge responses etc...
I am not going to go point by point through your claims, because I have more then less, done so in the past and you keep miss-quoting, perverting contexts and completly missing the centric theme of virtually every post that I have made.
So I must leave you in the dark - forever!
Ciao!

Yes you're correct - but I type what 5000-words at least / session from my iphone while watching TV or having drinks - I don't proof... so you get what you get - a fast texted response - typos and all... but I have explained all of this before - as you know- considering that's where you grabbed the quote.
My iphone automatically completes some words and I simply leave them (- ever experianced that?) as it's to much work to change them!
But your welcome for the education...
And if it bothers you to much - simply tune out! It's not going to improve...
By the way - have you read most of the other lengthy threads - please... it's the culture of most forums to be loose with grammer...

hey no probs, like i stated in my thread, I am not about bashing anyone, I have huge faults of mine own, and Spl is my gig to an extent, but the old school style is where my heart goes . SQL is maybe the term, I will look up the horn and maybe build to test for fun in the new year,. but my opinion stands, I been around probably close to as long as you , seen all kinds back in the the day, (late 80's upto Y2K) and I like the one bet I seen. Your build vs yuli build. by this I mean in a car.. one design vs another.
I will try to read up on the thread as time permits but omg.. 26 pages can be a month in my world
