ya, please everyone do your part and not splatter, we need to crush the comeback trend before it's really back.

 

Back in 1994 was the last time I saw it used nicely. We had basically one of the first new style 1994 yellow Mustangs 5L and if you remember Kaption from back then they had a nice purple with black and silver fleck on their bandpass boxes. The purple was pretty close to the old Phoenix Gold purple in their insignia and the customer had two M-Series PG amps in the install so we had a matching trim piece sent to Kaption and painted to match the enclosure.
It turned out rather nice and simple and didn't cost an arm and leg in cost.

Can't say I'd use it again because it was more the style of old and kinda looks out of place these days.
