They use those in Europe at most airports(on the tarmac) for security and supervisor transportation.

I saw one in Riding Mountain National Park (Clear Lake). The parks people drive them around town when they have nothing to do.

I bet it takes the ice and snow like a champ. Those skinny a$$ tires will cut right down through the crud and get to pavement.

My little VW rollin on 13's was a real trooper in the winter. Never got stuck.
