Need Info.

I have recently got my g2 and i got my first care in august for my birthday. The car is a 2000 sunfire. The sound is terrible and I dont know much about car audio. I was hopping to purchae some subwoofers and i would like to get two speakers for the doors. I do not want to spend too much money. I also understand that for some subs and speakers you need an alternator that can put out alot of power and i cannot change mine.

Any help or information is greatly appreciated

I would visit the local car audio shop, and be sure to bring whoever bought you a CAR for youre birthday(w/g2) Im sure they will consider youre dislike for the fac system an spend a little more on you spoiled ***, or do you intend to buy the stereo with youre own allowance? lmao

Dakine, where you from? My 2000 Sunfire was stolen in August, by a 21 year old.

wow.
pick on the new guy or what!?

lmao

all i can suggest is go visit your local car audio store. listen to some setups to find the one you like and fits what you want to spend! if all you are doing is upgrading the stock speakers and adding a sub you will not need to upgrade the alt. unless the sub/s are crazy powered!!

welcome to the board!
