I dont see what good that attitude can do for you..... I know buisness is buisness and you dont want any competition, but I think it would be pretty lame if he was unable to get his sub reconed while kits are available....

(Am I to assume that your prices cant compete with american retailers even after brokerage and shipping ? Are the retailers that sell the gear in Canada not worth the additional price they charge? )

I know many other company's repair depots will fix thier own (and somtimes other) equipment regardless of where it was purchased..... (hell, I even got MA audio to replace 2 woofers I bought on ebay -free-)

Now, while giving customers 'free bees' is nice its not like you or RE would have to fix it out of your own pocket... Infact couldnt you have made a PROFIT ?

Something tells me if you sent it to any other US distributer you could probably get it fixed...

i live in canada and i have a recone coming from RE in las vegas...being shipped out tomorrow

You can tell that he didnt buy them from Canada? with all the woofers shipped in a day one would think that would be tough to track [img]graemlins/dunno.gif[/img]
