limit of your system? what volume do you normally listen at?

I knew what ya meant

I listen to my music at about 70-75% volume (15-17 on my alpine mp3 player) with it sounding good and not killin my ears. No subs yet as I'm hopefully building the box next weekend if I can ever get a hand with some good specs, just fronts and rears balanced even for now. Haven't faded it to the back yet as I got new fronts, so I'm tryin to get a feel for 'em.

i will have it set up that if i would like at full and still have SQ but i like 1/2 power

With my CDA-7873, I have the gains set @ 24 volume, but usually listen @ 17-22 volume ...
