Ok, you suck blue whale. Access to a CNC router is just plain not fair. Nice job. Now pack up the rig and ship it up to me so that I can wail boxes out of here.

A crafstman as far as programming a CNC machine goes Looks nice though and it must be cool to know everything fits precisely and evenly.

I got the cowl cover from my truck in my living room right now, masked off and ready to paint. Wife hasn't complained about it....yet

that looks nice.but for you guys with out access to cnc machine's it can be done with a router and jig [img]redface.gif[/img]

Very cool, when I heard the topic CNC machined I thought you did like my boss. He had built for him speaker boxes out of 1" thick aluminum (sp?) to house his ribbon tweeters and 8" drivers. Then once all the pieces came in I got the job of sound deadening the things within an inch of their lives, sounds really good but the $10K price tag for the design and machine work I think is a little stupid.
