Unless there isn't one in your area is the key point.

You're assuming that there are great retailers everywhere, and that's just not the case.

There are tons of poor dealers out there, most of them are not on a forum like this and don't know about the level of service they are not giving to their customers. This is how their customers become my customers. The longer they continue to do things there way, the better I become at providing a superior level of service to my customers and their old customers here at this store.
