car trek, havent tried out the woofers yet, but soon, very soon, have nothing covering the slots for the trunk arms as i have never seena nything that looked any good and lasted, the area behind it have been covered up and even shing a light in there its hard to see anything. i love the random look of the nap changes in the suede, if it were all flat it would be boring i think, but to each his own
pei has a good eye, trying to have some trunk space and still fit the gear and make it easily removable for potentail service, in there was complicated to do trying to use as few pieces as possible to do it. there are only 5 trunk panels, not including the grey vinyl trim around the amps and all could be removed within 3 minutes if i had to

I agree about the nap of the suede, I think it looks awesome..I was just suggesting a brush for pic puposes. Doesn't show the same in two dimensions.
And was kidding about the back glass not letting go...that's gonna be a lot of pressure there

I'll try to find the pics of the snow brush thing....you cut off the black bristles, line em up carefully on each side of the slot so they meet exactly in the middle, a bit of hot glue to hold em in place and apply a bit of epoxy or the like to keep em secure. The nylon bristles are very strong, and yet will bend out out of the way for the arm to pass, and spring back when it's gone past. Did it on a Grand Prix in 95 and it looked like a factory thing. Kudos to "the Hulk" for the tip. Not my idea.
Works good when you have to leave a hole around a trunk latch too.
Been too busy to get my pics uploaded, but soon....soon.
