Awesome Service Experience at Trends Electronics

Okay, I thought this really deserves mention for outstanding service:
A few weeks ago I bought a PG MX3i crossover on EBay and the high level variable crossover control was hatched. The fellow I bought it off agreed to help pay for repairs if I sent him the bill, but it had to be done right away (so I could leave positive feedback).
So 3 days ago I called Chris at Trends Electronics in Vancouver and explained the situation as to why I needed a rush job on it. Chris agreed to help out and so I mailed it to him the next day (2 days ago). He received the unit this morning and called me at 11:00am to tell me the repair was completed ($42.00Can.) and that they would pay for shipping it back to me TODAY!!!
Added note: I have sent a few ZX amplifers for Chris to repair over the years and they have all worked flawlessly afterwards and the prices were much better than the local repair shops.

Well done Tone, not enough consumers today are expressing their satisfaction on a job well done, or exceptional customer service. More often than not, people are too quick to criticize a given situation.
