I am thinking a change of location and company would help me with some of my anger issues.

Darn home audio guys... and their self-proclaimed "knowledge" j/k. I find sometimes the best solution is to be direct and tell the person how you feel... they may not be happy with you, but at least they will know you are a man.

Who won the DLP?
I hear they gave one away at each stop in the training tour.
Too far away for us to attend and we're understaffed to boot.

At the session I attended a guy from LD won the DLP.
One strategy for dealing with someone who has personal appearance/cleaniness/odor issues is to approach them and say "Would you do me a favour? Please tell me if I have a spot on my shirt/badbreath/messy hair (obviously not a problem for me ) and I will do the same for you).
I used to work with a guy who had bad odor -- I gave him aftershave gel and deordorant/anti-perspirant and told him I bought extra because it was on "sale".

It sounds like an installer with a melon head...years ago the Vice President of Rockford USA told me this "Good installers are pretty easy to find, but an good installer without a melon head is useless and will never move up in any company. Alot of installers become king of their jungle, so to speak, but sometime they have look outside their jungle." I see 300+ retailers a year, and see lots of these situations...
