so we got this new fat bastard at work. he's been there a week now and seems to think he runs the joint. doin lil make work projects, trying to change absolutley everything and he is just pissing everone off in general. i've been trying to put up with him but i effin lost is yesterday. i got soo angry and raged so hard that i almost past out, never has anyone put me into a blind rage and it was over a damn phone. so i had to go sit in the back and take a time out before i gave him a shopvac liposuction.
so anyways my question. how does everyone else deal with thier rage problems. hits tips sugestions. i am gonna hafta put up with him for a while so anything helps.

worry about what your doing and not what he is. now i know you work with him. but im sure that you think about what he is doing all day. and it must send you half way to the oonie house. have you tried reasoning with him? maybe taking him out for a beer and se why he is trying to change everything(could it be that is what he was hired to do?) is he the boss? or is he just another installer? have you tried talking to the boss? you can either talk to him, your boss, or other workers, but i think that sitting down with him after work and seeing what his intentions are would be a start
one more thing. are you an angry person in general? could it be you?

talk to todd, if he is pissin everyone off then he has to be told that that is unnacceptable, if he still doesnt get it, he has to go. the store is not that big that you guys can avoid each other all day besides there has to be some sort of harmony between you guys, you are supposed to be a team. if hes getting under everyones skin like you say, with that store under the pressure that it is right now, why add to the pressure by having to work with a meatstick.

You take a can of spray insulation and fill a few drawers of his toolbox with it on a saturday at the end of the day.
Substitute shaving cream instead of the foam if you just want to **** him off rather than screw him over

he's not an installer. i work in a home/car store and he is the new home guy thats gonna be doing more of the car stuff since i am gonna be in the back more once my installer leaves. this guy is driving me insane, again today he pissed me off right infront of my boss while we were having like a mini staff meeting. ugh just hafta try and ignore him as much as i can till he gets himself fired i suspose. hehe pipe down shaughn, your almost as bad as that smoke guy from family guy "smoke, smoke, smoke, are you smoking yet"

somtimes change can be a good thing.
we move our showroom around every 3 mnths,
just to make it different. it keep some of our cust coming back, even though the products the same thay may take an interest.
ask him why he's moving or changing somthing, if he dosent give a valid reason explain to him why you dont want it changed. some people change things to suit there own needs without consideration for other people.

I think you need to show him the finer points of a couple rounds of Ro-Sham-Bo
