15-20 year old hifonics isis amp specs?
Hi Everybody!
I have an old Hifonics ISIS amp that's been in my garage for almost 20 years. It's in a light blue aluminum case and looks it might have a bit of power but I can't find the specs on it anywhere. I installed it recently in my jeep to power two 6x9 speakers and it still works (and sounds) great. I just bought a '06 civic with a very nice factory stereo. I want to tap into the back speaker wires and install a hi/lo adapter to produce pre-amp signals for the old amp. Then I plan to install a sub crossover to supply the old amp and a pair of 8 or 10" subs (love the factory deck and don't want to void any warranties just yet). Without the amp specs, I can't size the subs or the wire to power it.
If anyone can help I'd GREATLY appreciate it.

thanks
Well based on the documentation, it's anywhere from 50 - 500 watts. Since I don't plan to go to low impedance or parallel speakers, I'll call it 140 watts and go with that. Thanks everyone for the comments and help - I think I'll keep the amp and see how it sounds with subs - help me through my early mid life crisis!
