RFL's are pretty much for spl only.
Strokers are good for spl and sq.. the reason why most people think they lack sq is the fact that most of the time they are in huge boxes in spl cars..

 

^^ very true, strokers are mostly run in HUGE SPL boxes so I guess I cant really say whether they have SQ or not.

check out the Beyond Audio Inhumans, in my opinion it's an amazing SQL sub. You wont hit 160 but 150's would be easy. plus I've gotten noise complaints from houses 2 blocks away from my place while in my driveway, if that's what your looking for [img]tongue.gif[/img]

it is.. but when i say a woofer/speaker/amp/etc has good sq i pretty much mean it reproduces the signal going in as acuratly as possible..
