12w6 in a scion xb
hey all,
i currently have a 12w6 in a sealed enclosure that is a little bigger than spec, it is set up for show and i want to change it up quite a bit.....
i have an idea for the actual box but i need the expertise help on this one.
i want to invert the w6 so there for the box does not need to be very deep. i want to invert it because i do the whole show thing.
here is an idea of what i am looking at doing.
besides the poor drawing skills what do you think? i know i need help designing this, i have never done a ported box before and given the angels i think im going to need a few pieces of wood for all the mistakes.
im going to use 3/4 mdf and th ec.u ft of the above box is 1.68 and the recomended is 1.50.
please help!!!

Hey Adam, JL recommends that with that 12 w6 v2, you'll be looking at a ported box to have about 1.5 cu ft. So I think we can easily design something for the back of your scion> you said you have about 37''x20'' to work with.
